Sorex P-300 Metal Profiling Tool Our company sells Sorex manual profiling press. The profiling tool is used together with a sheet bending machine. The profiling tool is designed to strengthen the metal sheet, apply bends, and other effects. The tool works with metal up to 1.25 mm thick. The working range of the tool is 300 mm. The minimum profiling distance from the sheet bending machine is 5 mm. Overall dimensions LxWxH 750x250x460 mm. Weight 27 kg. The profiling tool (profiler) is equipped with 2 pairs of rollers H2, S2, and keys for mounting 24 mm., and 16 mm rollers. Additional option: choosing the desired pair of rollers from the catalog of rollers intended for completing zig machines. The principle of operation of the profiling tool is simple: first, rollers with a certain configuration are attached and set. the workpiece is rolled once or several times, depending on the required profiling intensity. Upon completion of metal profiling, we obtain interesting effects, bends, ridges, stiffening ribs, depending on the selected pair of rollers. The special feature of the profiling machine is the ability to attach 4 pairs of rollers with a width of 20 mm, or 2 with a width of 40 mm. The maximum number of rollers in one pass is 4 pcs. Independent adjustment of the pressure and lateral displacement of both the lower and upper rollers. The presence of a protective film on the processed metal blanks does not interfere with high-quality bending.
