INGREDIENTS Doses for a 22 cm diameter donut mold 3 eggs 200 g of granulated sugar 270 g of pumpkin (pulp only) 150 ml of sunflower seed oil 320 g of 0 flour (or 00) 1 sachet of vanilla yeast (16 g) 100 g of dark chocolate (or chocolate chips) To dust: icing sugar to taste PREPARATION Clean the pumpkin by removing the seeds and peel. Cut it into cubes and transfer it to the bowl of the mincer (or blender glass).
