Transfer to a jar, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight Bread dough ingredients: A 325 grams of high protein flour 2 tablespoons sugar 30 grams of powdered milk 6 grams of instant yeast B 70 ml of water 50 ml of milk C 30 grams of butter 1/2 teaspoon of salt How to make: Put ingredients A in a bowl, mix briefly then add ingredients B and Tangzhong, mix at medium speed until well blended, then add ingredients C and mix until the dough is smooth, approximately 15-20 minutes Remove the dough from the bowl and divide it into 10 equal parts then round it off Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Remove dough from bowl and divide 10 equally. Shape dough into balls Cover and rest for 15 minutes After 15 minutes dough is double in size Flattened dough to degas Fold and shape dough as per your burger bun shape, hotdog and round bun Cover and rest for 45 minutes Preheat oven at 190 C for at least 15 minutes after 45 minutes wash gently with milk Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes Transfer to cooling rack if you like this video please SUBSCRICE, LIKE and COMMENTS, thank you
