Another epic day on Cerro Catedral It had snowed... not much, only in the very upper part of the mountain could you safely walk on the snowboard without touching ice below. A few days before it had rained all the way up there, and it had frozen, so it was all ice, and the new layer of ice was resting on that ice, so it was potentially dangerous, both with respect to avalanches and the treacherous ground, but luckily everything went well thanks to Master Christian who supported me again so I could go up early and see the sunrise up there. Very difficult due to the extreme cold, especially at dawn, which seems to be when the frost lifts and it is the coldest part of the day. A descent through the clouds, then the canyon, then a classic.... great, great day, thanks a lot. All copyrights of the music belong to their owners, the music is by Armaga I think, a symphonic black metal. The other lines and descents: the third to go down clouds, a skier who also went up early, Mariano Venanti from what my brother don Pachi told me. Laguna area: (the one with the father-in-law and the little wave) Mati Schmitt, Mati Gamen, Mati Radaelli. Pure Matis, Schmeisser was missing :) #snowboarding #cerrocatedral #freeride #splitboard #bariloche #mountains #blackmetal #backcountry
