That afternoon, children and young people were playing in the winter fairy tale while a lawyer was walking nearby. Suddenly he is hit by a snowball. He spots the thrower, a 9-year-old, grabs the boy, pushes him into the snow, kicks him and soaps the child with snow. This is how the Frankfurt public prosecutor's office later investigates and charges the lawyer with bodily harm.
