The story of Thaddeus Blakk: Blakk who is locked up in the maximum security prison Stalagmite Seventeen confides in Eli and tells him about his life. Meanwhile, the prison is under attack from Blakk's mercenaries who want to free him, but Eli's gang manages to repel them with the help of public security agents.
