In the video, we also show some food options to serve as inspiration. #FazendoAFesta #FernandaRodrigues #MoniqueGabiatti #FabiolaGouveia #GeorgiaBianka FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE Ingredients: 170g unsalted butter 300g dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces 6 large eggs at room temperature (divided) 1 tablespoon vanilla extract ¼ cup cocoa powder powder ¾ teaspoon salt 1 cup sugar Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and coat with cocoa in a 23cm mold. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl. Separate four of the six eggs, placing the whites and yolks in separate medium bowls. In the container with the yolks add the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, salt, remaining eggs and half the sugar. Beat well to combine. Slowly add the cooled chocolate mixture into the yolk mixture; beat well and set aside. Using an electric mixer set to medium-low speed, beat the egg whites with the remaining ½ cup sugar. Carefully add the egg whites to the chocolate mixture, stirring until incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for about 35 – 40 minutes. Sprinkle the cake with cocoa powder, powdered sugar or top with a dollop of whipped cream. SWEET RICE Ingredients: 2 cups of cooked rice 150g of condensed milk 150g of cream Cinnamon to taste 100ml of milk Preparation: Place the cooked rice in the pan. Mix condensed milk, cream, milk and cinnamon. Cook until it boils and becomes creamy, stirring constantly. ALIGOT Ingredients: 1kg of asterix or rosé potatoes 200ml of fresh cream 100ml of whole milk 45g of unsalted butter Salt Water 100g of grated standard Minas cheese 100g of grated Gruyére cheese Method of preparation: Cook the potatoes in salted water until they begin to open. Peel them while still hot. Squeeze the potatoes through a sieve and then through a very fine sieve. In another pan, heat the butter, cream and milk. Add the mashed potatoes and cook over very low heat for approximately 20 minutes. In a small pan, heat the mashed potatoes over low heat. Add the grated cheese alternately starting with the standard Minas cheese and work it out. While stirring vigorously with a wooden spoon, until it is smooth and elastic. CHEESE BREAD Ingredients: 1kg of mozzarella Wheat flour to taste 3 beaten eggs Panko flour to taste Preparation: Cut the cheese into thick strips. Bread in this order: wheat flour, beaten egg and panko flour. Fry by immersion in hot oil.
