In the interview, Jančura also talks about the fact that his company was actually saved by Robert Šlachta. "Šlachta was a fantastic cop and will be a great Minister of the Interior, politics is not about parties, but about people. Even the prime minister has to micromanage sometimes," he says, and claims that RegioJet is no longer for sale, as he once stated in an interview that he wanted to sell the company. "On the contrary, I decided to give shares to the best people around me so that the company would be viable even without me and maybe even with my daughter." RegioJet is currently attracting new employees with a salary of 80 thousand and a recruitment contribution of up to 200 thousand. "I say add people, that's the only way we will have the best employees. During Covid, I withdrew from the company and the company stopped being me, now I've returned to it, I still have something to give. "If we want to attract employees from our competitors, they need to see that I'm not an idiot and that they can trust us," says Jančura, talking about the fact that he cannot achieve his goals without the best people.
