In this part of the sound evening, we will introduce you to a singing bowl exercise with which you can feel and absorb the calming effect of the sound waves directly in your hands, so that they then spread throughout your entire body. All you need: a singing bowl, a mallet and some time for yourself. ► The singing bowl exercise for the hands We perceive our environment through our hands. Even with children, you can observe how they explore their surroundings with their hands - and so our sense of touch is one of the senses that plays an important role right from birth. With this sound exercise, you can perceive the sound waves particularly strongly through your hands and feel how the vibrations slowly flow through your entire body. For the exercise, first sit down in a place of your choice. Make yourself comfortable, but remain sitting upright. Now place the singing bowl in the open palm of your right hand. Make sure that your hand is flat and your fingers do not touch the singing bowl. Then gently strike the singing bowl and listen to the sounds. ➡️ The singing bowl exercise begins by placing the singing bowl on the palm of your right hand and striking it gently. ➡️ Notice the high and low tones of the singing bowl – a wide variety of sounds can be felt during the singing bowl exercise for the hands. ➡️ Concentrate on what you feel. Can you feel the vibration of the bowl in the palm of your hand? How far do the vibrations travel in your body? ➡️ Now position the singing bowl on the palm of your left hand and repeat the exercise. ➡️ Now concentrate again on the vibrations. Try to perceive them in your body. You can integrate this simple singing bowl exercise into your everyday life as a fixed ritual. It is very suitable for finding peace and relaxation in just a few minutes or for starting the day full of energy. Treat yourself to the singing bowl exercise for the hands if you feel the need to be close to yourself and take a moment just for yourself. ► Watch the complete Hess Sound sound evening You can watch all the videos from this sound evening here: ➡️ 1/5 Harmony & singing bowl meditation: • Harmony & singing bowl meditation 1/5... ➡️ 2/5 Singing bowl exercise for the hands: • Singing bowl exercise for the hands 2/5 ... ➡️ 3/5 Singing bowl application on the body: • Singing bowl application on the body... ➡️ 4/5 Aids for singing bowls: • Aids for singing bowls 4/5 – Sound... ➡️ 5/5 XL singing bowl exercise: • XL singing bowl exercise 5/5 – Sound... ► Would you like to take part in a sound evening live?
