In this video we show you various exercises with singing bowls to relax your neck and shoulders. You will also get inspiration to combine the exercises practically with each other. If you want to learn how to use a singing bowl yourself, you have come to the right place. ► 3 singing bowl exercises for shoulders and neck In this YouTube video we show you various exercises for self-application of the singing bowl. ➡️ Exercise 1: Sit upright on a chair. Place the singing bowl on your thighs so that it has a good hold. Strike the singing bowl to connect with the sound. Breathe in and out consciously. As you gently strike the singing bowl, you absorb the positive energy of the singing bowl. When the sound slowly fades away, you give the energy back by breathing out. Repeat this exercise as often as it feels good for you. ➡️ Exercise 2: For this exercise you also sit upright on a chair. Place the singing bowl on the floor between your feet. Ideally, use a singing bowl coaster and make sure that your legs or feet do not touch the bowl. Strike the singing bowl and absorb the vibrations into your body through your feet. While the sound is playing, gently circle your shoulders. You can intensify the exercise by moving your shoulders. The sounds of the singing bowl help you to focus on yourself during the exercises and to be completely in the moment. ➡️ Exercise 3: Stay in the position from the second exercise, with the singing bowl still between your feet. To relax your neck, you can now tilt your head slightly to the side while the singing bowl swings. Strike the singing bowl again and again in between to keep the rhythm. You can repeat all exercises as often as you feel comfortable. If you want to end the self-application with the singing bowl, strike the singing bowl one last time, let the sound fade away gently and then enjoy the silence for a few moments before you return to your everyday life. ► What are the benefits of doing these singing bowl exercises for your neck and shoulders regularly?
