About :

A simple tester for determining the nominal value and polarity of zener diodes, the circuit is based on a blocking generator on a bipolar transistor. The circuit is very simple, does not need adjustment and is not critical to the details, it starts working immediately after assembly. About the details: transistor kt315, kt815, bc547, db139, etc. pulse diode kd521a, in4148, uf4007, fr102, etc. Base resistor R1 1-4.7k, R2 10-12k, R3 500k-2Mom.
