Hello everyone, today we are making crispy puff pastry bee sting pockets filled with quark. The fluffy bee sting pockets are super quick to make and taste simply amazing. I would be delighted if you try them out and hope you all have a great time. Ingredients: 2 packs of puff pastry rolls Filling: 500g quark 1 egg 100g sugar 1 packet of tonka bean sugar 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder A little lemon zest for freshness Topping: Milk for brushing 100g almond flakes 30g brown sugar Icing sugar and cinnamon Baking time: 25 mins.
