Report of the Mayor on the implementation of the resolutions of the Commune Council and work in the period between sessions 4. Analysis of the financial declarations of the Mayor, councilors and managers of organizational units 5. Adoption of resolutions on: 1) changes to the Multiannual Financial Forecast of the Siemiatycze Commune for 2024-2027 2) changes to the commune budget for 2024 3) covering part of the costs of municipal waste management from own revenues not coming from the collected fee for municipal waste management 4) selection of the method for determining the fee for municipal waste management and the rate of this fee 5) flat-rate fee rate for municipal waste management per year for a summer cottage on real estate or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes. 6) determining real estate tax rates 7) determining the rates of tax on means of transport 8) a cooperation program with non-governmental organisations and entities listed in art. 3 of the Act on public benefit activities and volunteering for 2025 9) consideration of a petition 10) amending the resolution on establishing the amount of the fixed fee in the Siemiatycze Commune Nursery and the amount of the maximum fee for food 6. Miscellaneous matters, free motions and statements of councillors. 7. Closing of the meeting.
