You will discover the intimate and surprising portrait of Thomas Wiesel inhabited by a pathological shyness. If the latter does not consider his shyness as a handicap, others try to fight against it. At the University of Lausanne, Professor Marianne Schmidt Mast uses virtual reality to help people speak in public. At the end of the lake, it is the anxiety disorders program of the Geneva University Hospitals that has developed a cognitive-behavioral therapy consisting of gradually and repeatedly confronting oneself with the social situations that one fears so much.
