On the video is a recording of a show of different breeds of bulls at our breeding station in Hradištek. It is interesting to observe the differences between the individual breeds of fatty cattle, which are increasingly being given attention in gastronomy. After 1989, our breeding company Beef Natural (later just Natural) took part in the development of breeding of specialized meat breeds in the Czech Republic. We founded the Association of Breeders of Meat Cattle Breeds, published breeding publications, imported breeding material from France (breeding heifers, insemination doses, embryos) and practically introduced the breeding of specialized meat breeds. Among all the meat breeds, we chose the Charolais breed for the restaurant, which is considered almost a national treasure in the country of the Gallic rooster. Charolais bulls are bred by cooperating Czech breeders, so we know almost everything about them.
