[email protected] Sheikh Sanaan - Logic of Al-Tir - Atar Nishaburi Sheikh Sanaan was a pious old man. He had visited Hajj for fifty years and was a resident of Mecca. All students and disciples were around him and all students had a special devotion to Sheikh Sanan. Sheikh had been having strange dreams for several nights. He had dreamed that he had traveled to Rome and worshiped a big idol. Sheikh was worried and did not know what the interpretation of this strange dream could be. He decided to go to Rome. He said to himself that God must have destined me to go to Rome, and if I was soft, I disobeyed God's order. The sheikh tells the story of the journey to the disciples, some of the disciples also travel with the sheikh and they all go to Rome. When the caravan reached Rome, all the magnificent works in this empire disappeared, but the sheikh's eyes were attracted to something else. Something that the disciples did not even think about. The old sheikh, his eyes fell on a young girl who did not have the same beauty. At that moment, the girl turned around and looked at the sheikh. Sheikh's heart was so hot that he lost himself. That day passed and other days also passed, but Sheikh was burning in the fire of this girl's love. A girl who was an infidel and did not believe in God and the Prophet. The disciples looked at the plight of the sheikh and lamented, from medicine to prayers and advice, none of them worked for the sheikh. Sheikh had fallen in love with this girl. Sheikh could not sleep even for an hour and would stay awake at night until morning staring at one place. Wisdom is gone, patience is gone, friend, what is this pain, what is this love, what is this work? The disciples gathered around him and each gave advice to bring the sheikh down. But the sheikh answered each and every one of his disciples with his eloquent power. Sheikh couldn't take it anymore and started walking towards the girl's neighborhood. He sat there on the ground and was hanging out with the local dogs and cats. The girl had passed by the Sheikh several times, but she did not know the reason for this. Finally, the girl said to the sheikh: "You are a great ascetic, Muslims have never been seen to go to the place of infidels." Stop doing this and go back to your disciples." Sheikh replied that he has fallen in love with a girl and will not leave this place until he gets what he wants. The girl angrily replied to the sheikh: "Now it's time for your shroud, old man! At this age, you talk about love!" The sheikh was not discouraged by the girl's rebuke and continued to stand by his word. The girl put some conditions in front of the sheikh. He said that before anything you should give up Islam and leave your religion. The sheikh thought for a while and then he accepted and put religion aside. Then he invited the sheikh to drink alcohol and give up his faith forever. Sheik's daughter took her to a mikda and offered a glass of wine to her. The sheikh, who was no longer in control of his hand, eagerly took the cup from the girl's hand and left. Love and wine made the sheikh so intoxicated that he forgot everything he knew about religion and faith, and there was nothing else in his heart except love. The Sheikh was warmed by this love, he opened his arms to wrap around the girl's neck, but the Sheikh's daughter was taken away from him. The girl said it is too early to touch me. You must come with me to the pagoda and officially become a pagan, if you want otherwise, you can go back to your disciples. The sheikh, who was drunk with love, accepted and prostrated to a big idol. The girl was happy about this and said: Now you are my friend and you can put your hand around my neck. Other pagans, who saw how they converted a great Muslim sheikh to their religion, were very happy about this, and since they did not have a good relationship with Muslims, they considered this move a great victory. Sheikh saw everything in this young girl. The sheikh said to the girl: I have kissed my religion and faith for fifty years and put them aside to be only with you. But are you still avoiding me? When are we going to live together under one roof? The girl said to the Sheikh: Dear old man, living with me is very expensive and you look poor.
