Sesame bar with Honey ???? & pistachio, No sugar Ingredients 2cup sesame seeds 1cup unsalted pistachios 1tablespoon ground cardamom 1cup honey 3 tablespoon date molasses or Black molasses Pinch of salt 1/4teaspoon lemon juice Directions Put 2 cups of sesame and 1 cup of pistachios (or any type of nuts available and as desired) in a pan and roast them a little until they acquire a golden color and leave aside to cool. Put 1 cup of honey (or sugar if honey is not available) in a non-stick pan and leave it on medium heat and add 3 tablespoons of date molasses and cardamom (or rose water) and a teaspoon of salt and stir them well until the mixture starts to boil for 6 to 8 minutes. Add the sesame and pistachios (previously roasted) and stir them and stir all the ingredients well together until the mixture is homogeneous. Put 2 cups of sesame and 1 cup of pistachios (or any kind of nuts available as desired) in a frying pan and toast them a little until they become light brown then leave them aside to cool. Put 1 cup of honey (or sugar if honey is not available) in a non-stick pan and put it on medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of date molasses, cardamom (or rose water) and 1 teaspoon salt, and stir them well until the mixture begins to boil for 6 to 8 minutes. Add the sesame and pistachio nuts (pre-roasted) and stir all the ingredients together until the mixture is homogeneous. Put a butter paper in a rectangular tray and spread the sesame seeds and try to make it flat. Place another butter paper on top of the sesame and spread it to the desired thickness and immediately raise the butter paper so that it does not stick to the sesame, then let it cool for about half an hour, and cut it into rectangles (or as desired) and it is ready to serve.
