The New Acropolis philosophical podcast discusses the trajectory of one of the greatest icons of Stoic philosophy, Lucius Annaeus Seneca, and the steps that led him to his encounter with wisdom. During the reflection, the volunteer teachers of New Acropolis explain why the example and teachings of this great philosopher remain so current and relevant today. Seneca lived in a turbulent period, full of ignorance and corruption, and was the target of criticism and persecution. However, he knew how to remain humble and serene in the face of adversity, always faithful to his principles. In this way, he left the world a theoretical and practical legacy, which translates into fundamental tools for living a dignified and elevated life in any circumstance.
