Vegan living - the self-experiment! Sebastian has cleared out his stuff and wants to live vegan for the next two weeks. What does he have to pay attention to? What is particularly difficult and how does he like it? Living vegan is more than just eating vegan. Sebastian already learned and cleared out this in the last PULS report on the topic of "Living vegan: It's all going away". In this report, he is now trying out what it's like to live completely vegan for two weeks. So he will not only eat vegan, but also cook vegan himself, research vegan recipes and wear vegan clothing. In order to successfully complete the vegan challenge, he gets advice from vegan expert Claudia, who has been living vegan for over eight years. She knows the best vegan recipes and knows how to prepare vegan dishes not as a substitute, but as a meal in their own right. Of course, she can also bake delicious vegan cakes! Sebastian also tries out various vegan products in the bathroom and asks why hygiene products are not vegan at all? Vegan living - the self-experiment: Living vegan doesn't happen overnight. But with enough time, discipline and experience, it is possible. You can see what you should pay attention to and what vegan tips expert Claudia has in the new PULS report. +++ Living vegan: There are animals in everything +++ STEP 1 OF THE VEGAN LIFE CHALLENGE: PREPARATION • Living vegan: Where are animals in everything? ► So that Sebastian can live vegan for two weeks, he first clears out his house.
