About :

Włodzimierz Zatorski OSB – born in Czechowice-Dziedzice. He joined the monastery in 1980 after graduating in physics from the Jagiellonian University. He made his first vows in 1981 and was ordained a priest in 1987. Founder and until 2007 director of the Tyniec publishing house. In 2005–2009 prior of the monastery, since 2002 prefect of the lay oblates at the abbey. Author of books on spiritual topics, including: "Forgiveness", "Open the Heart", "The Gift of Conscience", "Be Silent in Order to Hear", "The Path of Man", "Eight Spirits of Evil", "You Will Know by the Fruits". From April 2009 to April 2010 he lived in a hermitage in Masuria and in the Benedictine monastery Dormitio in Jerusalem. From 2010 to 2013 he was novice master in Tyniec. In the years 2013-2015 subprior. He served as an assistant to the Benedict Option Foundation. He passed away on December 28, 2020. ????
