See what happens if you try to start a MOTOR with a ROPE!! In this video tutorial of Easy projects with MOTORS and other electrical machines we are going to try to start a 5-wire washing machine motor with a simple rope, in this case the motor we are going to use is a brushless induction motor, for the project we are going to use a junction box with a double-pole switch, a switch to reverse the motor's rotation and a 20uf 450v capacitor, first we are going to see how the motor works with the capacitor correctly and after that we are going to remove the capacitor and we are going to try to start the motor with a simple rope that we are going to wind around the motor pulley and we are going to apply force to see if we are able to start the motor, if so we will realize that it is possible to start a washing machine motor that needs a capacitor with a simple rope and not only that, but we can reverse the rotation of the motor with the same rope, the only thing we have to do is orient the rope in the direction we want the motor to turn, if you like the video do not forget to leave your like thanks ..
