In this video, the legendary Frank Warwick shares his SUPER METHOD for measuring depth and catching wary carp. The impressive PlumbEzee marker float, created by the acknowledged guru of world carp fishing Frank Warwick, will allow you to instantly determine the exact depth in your fishing area, without having to regularly release the line and make multiple re-casts that scare the fish. Given the popularity of the zig rig, the PlumbEzee marker float is your invaluable assistant, allowing you to set the exact depth at which you want to place your bait with maximum accuracy. The PlumbEzee marker float can also be used as a kind of floating "buoy", thanks to which your line will not pass through the fishing area, which can scare away wary fish. An added bonus is that you will have an additional visible surface marker located just above your rig, allowing you to perform the most accurate, spot feeding. Place a 6mm bead above the float, cast, clip the line and reel in the rig, then tie a stopper knot from the marker rubber just above the bead, which will allow you to fix the float at the desired depth. To work with the PlumbEzee float, simply pass your main nylon or braided line through the 3 eyes of the PlumbEzee marker, then tie a weight to the end of the line. Cast the float to the point of interest and allow the marker to float to the surface, taking the free line after the cast. Then reel in the rig and you will see that the marker is fixed in a specific position, equal to the exact length at that fishing spot. To check the depth in another area, simply pull the float back to the sinker. The PlumbEzee float is available in two sizes: Large and Small.
