About :

A doctor from Mainz and her daughter are brutally murdered in their house in the Weisenau district. The police are in the dark for a long time in their search for the perpetrator. Then they track down a voyeur who seems to fit the pattern perfectly. The man confesses to the murders - several times. However, he retracts his statements each time. The unskilled laborer with a low IQ, Klaus Bräunig, is convicted nonetheless. Some are certain: It couldn't have been him - including his therapist at the time, who we spoke to for the episode.
