Maresias is one of the most popular beaches on the north coast of São Paulo and one of the most beautiful. We loved the vibe of the city, which is actually part of the municipality of São Sebastião. The destination is famous for surfing and of course we ventured into the sport for the first time. We also took the opportunity to visit Praia de Calhetas, which is wonderfully beautiful, and also Paúba beach, which can be accessed via the trail that starts in Maresias.
