Taiyaki, a fish-shaped pastry, has been around for hundreds of years and can be easily purchased in Tokyo. However, over the past hundred years, this pastry has been modified to fit the modern era, becoming an open-mouthed fish that can be filled with beautiful fillings. However, we still haven’t forgotten the original Taiyaki. Let’s go and prove it at the shop that is said to be the origin of the Taiyaki fish in Tokyo.
