Ingredients: 280 g flour 0, 2 eggs, 40 g white wine, 1 bunch of marjoram, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt, 100 g shelled mussels, 100 g shelled clams, 100 g shelled clams, 5 purple prawns, 5 scampi, 2 medium squid, 1 shallot, 1 clove of garlic, 1 glass of white wine, 100 g cherry tomatoes, 1 chili pepper, 1 knob of butter, 1 glass of fish stock, parsley, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper Procedure: Prepare the dough, in a bowl, or in a mixer, put the flour, chopped marjoram, a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of salt, whole eggs and white wine. We work until we obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough. We wrap it in cling film and let it rest for at least half an hour. We roll out the dough, not too thin, and cut out the corzetti with the appropriate cutter (or a normal pastry cutter). For the seasoning, in a pan, we fry a clove of garlic and the chopped parsley with a good drizzle of oil. We add the shellfish, mussels, clams and clams, already shelled and let it flavour. We add the halved cherry tomatoes. Let it cook for a few minutes, then add the cleaned prawns and scampi and the fish stock. Let it flavour for a few moments. We boil the corzetti in boiling salted water, drain them and sauté them in a pan with the seasoning.
