Luíza Fazio is a screenwriter and author. Honored in Forbes Under 30 of 2022, a list that brings together the most outstanding young people in their fields, Fazio has written Sintonia, the most successful Brazilian series on Netflix and Cidade Invisível (Season 2 / Netflix), created by Oscar-nominated director Carlos Saldanha, and number 1 production in over 40 countries. She has a specialization in screenwriting from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), which gave her the experience to write Sentença, a dramatic thriller series for Amazon Prime (2021); the documentary series LEXA (Globoplay / 2021) and the comedy series Carenteners (Warner / 2020) and Samantha! (Netflix / 2018). Luíza was appointed by the United States Embassy in Brasília to the oldest literary residency in the world, the International Writing Program (IWP) at the University of Iowa, which has brought together 35 writers from all continents every year since 1967.
