Add the water, egg and butter. Mix well, when the dough becomes heavy, transfer it to a counter and start kneading. Knead well until the dough is smooth and soft. Once the dough is very soft, grease the bowl with olive oil and return the dough to the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 40 minutes. After this time, shape the hamburger buns and place them on the baking sheet that will go in the oven. Cover with a light tea towel and let rest for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Once the bread has risen, spray it with water, sprinkle the cornflour with a sieve and spray it with more water to make the cornflour stick together. Bake in a medium/high oven (180 degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes or until golden.
