It has nothing to do with the other Sartana films starring Gianni Garko, here the stuntman Jeff Cameron plays Sartana. You can also see some other stuntmen who acted in most of Fidani's westerns, such as Benito Pacifico, Dino Strano, Luciano Conti and his daughter Simonetta, as well as the master himself with his incredible big glasses.
