And here finally is the long-awaited moment of the dessert. ^_^ it is a recipe that was passed down to me by my great-grandmother and it is a tradition in my family to propose it for the Christmas holidays. Contrary to what the name of this dessert might suggest, these donuts are not fried, the dough is a bit reminiscent of biscuits, in reality it is very different because we will use lard instead of butter and the cinnamon will make them a beautiful amber color. ❤ I also wanted to officially introduce you to my beloved blond cat: Pollon... also in a Christmas version. I love you ❤ INGREDIENTS: 500g of 00 flour 150g of granulated sugar 3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg (large) 170g of lard zest of a lemon half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder 1 sachet of vanilla yeast icing sugar to taste jam of your favorite flavor to taste
