Hi everyone! Surely you've tasted sardine rolls before, right? But, what kind of sardine rolls skin is the choice? In this video I share how to make sardine rolls with two different types of pastry and different methods. The first method by using shortcrust pastry. Make sure the butter used is cold, and cut into cubes so that it is easy to mix it and the water used must also be cold to reduce the formation of gluten that will make the pastry sticky. The sardine rolls that use shortcrust pastry have a slightly light and crumbly texture. It still remains crunchy even when it's cold. The second technique is to use curry-style pastry. For those who like to eat crispy sardine rolls like eating biscuits, you can try this second technique. This recipe produces 26 pieces of sardine rolls. Have fun!
