Sandwich rolls with tuna sauce and salad WITHOUT MAYONNAISE Preparation: 10 minutes Ingredients 2 slices of sandwich bread 2 leaves of gentilina or Roman lettuce Tuna sauce 2 hard-boiled eggs 200 g tuna in oil 2-3 anchovies 3-4 capers to taste optional salt to taste parsley to taste olive oil to taste beef broth Instructions Start preparing the Sandwich rolls with tuna sauce and salad WITHOUT MAYONNAISE. First prepare the tuna sauce: first boil the eggs for about 8-9 minutes then let them cool. Drain the tuna and put it in a food processor, add the roughly chopped eggs, the capers and anchovies, the chopped parsley and blend everything until you obtain a smooth cream. Add oil and broth. Adjust the salt and oil if necessary. Place the slices of bread, the ones without the crust, roll them over with a rolling pin to thin them, join the two slices slightly on top of each other. Spread the tuna sauce on top and add the thinly sliced salad on top. Roll up from the shortest side. Refrigerate for about an hour, then take the rolls and cut into rounds.
