About :

Today, a few words about a house built using the frame technology using sandwich panels from Balex Metal (9005 matt pearl plate, thickness 120 PLUS). We visited the construction site in Wysychy, where TipTopDom has just built a demonstration frame house. The PLUS wall sandwich panel with hidden connectors, with a PIR core, used here meets all the requirements of the technical conditions in terms of wall thermal insulation. The external cladding in anthracite looks very modern. A 160-thick PIR core panel was used on the roof. The house on a steel structure can be placed on any foundation, but due to the construction of the walls and roof, it is recommended to use a foundation slab, which will take over one of the most important functions during heating - the heat accumulation function. During the construction of the foundation slab, water or air underfloor heating installations are laid. This presented house was built using dry technology (water saving), and its construction took 6 months. The frame technology using sandwich panels is worth recommending not only due to the construction time, but also due to any arrangement inside. Modular technology is the future of our construction.
