Sambhal Masjid Survey Clash: On Sunday (24 November), there was a ruckus during the survey on the second day on the orders of the court at Jama Masjid of Sambhal. The protesters opposing the survey of the mosque clashed with the police and pelted stones at the policemen. During this, the furious mob also committed arson and in this violence three people died and 20 people including the sub-district magistrate and the police circle officer were also injured. At the same time, after the stone pelting, the police fired tear gas shells to disperse the crowd and also used mild force. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav said that people died due to police bullets in Sambhal violence. Akhilesh said that the government deliberately instigated violence, violence was done to divert attention from the issues. The responsible people cooperated fully in the survey. In this violence, the frenzied mob crossed all limits of anarchy and when they were not satisfied with stone pelting, police vehicles were set on fire. Boys of 20 years of age had stones in their hands which were being thrown towards the police with complete brutality. Three youths died in Sambhal violence Moradabad division commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh said that three people aged between 20 and 25 years have died in this violence. The deceased have been identified as Naeem, resident of Mohalla Kot Garvi, Bilal, resident of Sarayatrin and Noman, resident of Hayatnagar.
