High blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and stroke have reached epidemic proportions since the 1970s. And since the 1970s, the mantra of all nutrition and health organizations has been: Reduce salt consumption! But does salt really increase blood pressure to an unhealthy level and if so, can this really be remedied by avoiding salt? In my video, I present the current state of research.
