Deign to comfort with your help my aching soul that finds no rest in the midst of anguish. Saint Joseph, comforter of the afflicted, have mercy on my pain and give me a prompt solution to my anguish and needs. Saint Joseph, blessed protector and advocate, I turn to you so that you may obtain for me the graces for which you see me here prostrate. I present myself confidently before your glorious throne, imploring mercy and pity. As soon as you can, honourable Saint Joseph, intercede for the relief of my worries and needs, and powerful as you are, grant that I may obtain, through your valuable intercession, this difficult favour that causes me so much despair: (make the first request here with great faith). Show yourself generous with me, blessed Saint Joseph, and I will remain forever grateful and will sing hymns of praise in your honour. Pray Our Father, Hail Mary and Gloria. Do not forget, merciful Saint Joseph, that no person in the world, however sinful, has ever turned to you and been disappointed in the faith and hope placed in you.
