Deep Dive into the Depths of Sacral Energy - Part 1 In this episode of the Human Design Academy Podcast, I take a closer look at the energy of the sacral center and shed light on factors that can block or promote sacral energy. It is the start of a small series about sacral energy. First, I look at the sacral engine on a deeper level and give you images and inspiration that can help you better imagine sacral energy as it is. Alive, powerful, vibrating - even beyond your body's boundaries. I also describe the nature of the sacral center and why it takes time to really 'warm up' with its energy for something. I want to help you get away from the static idea with which this center is often described. The limitations of our language sometimes make it difficult to grasp the energy in a way that makes it tangible. I want to start to close this gap with this episode. I also explain how the sacral center works together with other centers, specifically the root and head centers, why it can sometimes be overpowered by them, and what you should pay attention to if you want to make new contact again and again.
