Instagram: / carla__caspary Facebook: / healthyfoodhealthymood Recipe Ingredients: 750 g whole grain spelt (alternatively spelt flour) 6 tbsp pumpkin seeds (alternatively hemp seeds) 6 tbsp sunflower seeds 6 tbsp sesame seeds 8 tbsp nuts 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp bread spice 1 cube of yeast Basics: 600 ml water 1 tbsp salt Preparation: Grind the spelt in a grain mill. Grind the nuts in a hand mixer to make nut flour. Grind the sesame seeds in a hand mixer so that they are easier to digest, better absorbed by the body and more digestible. Basically, it is a matter of taste whether the seeds are ground into flour or added whole to the dough. Whole bread gives the bread more bite, ground bread creates a softer consistency. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. If the dough is too runny, simply knead in another 1-2 tablespoons of linseed; if it is too firm, add a little more liquid. Cover the dough and leave to rise for around 30 minutes at room temperature (on the heater or in the oven). Then knead the dough again, place it on baking paper and shape it into a nice loaf of bread. Carve a heart into it so that the bread has a nice energy. Baking time: 60 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven. Place an ovenproof bowl with a little water in the oven so that the crust of the bread stays elastic and does not burst too much. The bread tastes wonderful if it is sliced again before eating, baked in the oven/toaster until crispy and then sprinkled with good olive oil and rock salt. My tip for anyone short on time: Instead of letting the dough rise, shape the dough into small flatbreads, place them on the baking tray and bake at the above temperature for around 20 minutes. If desired, the dough can be sprinkled with fresh herbs.
