If you don't want to wait the canonical month to get a perfect sourdough starter or you don't have an old dough to make my sourdough starter in 4 days, watch this video in one go. You won't believe your eyes: is it possible to make a bread full of bubbles, crunchy and with a very soft crumb even without yeast? Don't believe it? Follow the PSL method that I explain step by step in the video! The recipe is balanced for a leavening between 24 and 36 hours without a preference for certain types of flour. In fact, after weeks of experimentation, I feel like saying that the weaker the flour, the better the final result will be. So feel free to use the cheapest flours you can find around! The bread recipe: 480g flour 295g water at room temperature 9g salt ...and NOTHING ELSE! ✅ TRICKS AND TIPS ➡️ How do you weigh 0.5g of brewer's yeast? Weigh 1g of yeast, dissolve it in 10g of water. Once dissolved, take 5g of the mixture and add it to the flour. ➡️ How do you weigh 0.2g of dry yeast and activate it? Weigh 1g of yeast, dissolve it in 10g of HOT water. Once dissolved, take 2g of the mixture and add it to a pinch of sugar and mix. Wait until it starts to foam. At that point, it will be ready to be added to the flour. ➡️ How do you make sourdough? Follow this video step by step: • How to Make Sourdough in 4 Days... ➡️ Can I make it wholemeal? I don't know. I haven't experimented yet ➡️ I have durum wheat semolina flour, can I use it?
