Instagram: / carla__caspary Facebook: / healthyfoodhealthymood Recipe: Nettle and potato mash Ingredients: 300 g nettle 300 g potatoes 1 onion 1 parsley root or 1/4 bulb of celery Basics: coconut oil I nutmeg I salt & pepper Decoration: diced potatoes I turmeric I curry powder Preparation: Peel and dice the potatoes, onions and parsley roots and place in a pan. Fry in coconut oil for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Wash the nettles with a little salt and drain well. Add the nettles and a little water to the fried ingredients in the pan and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the potato and nettle mixture with a blender. Season to taste and serve. As a decoration, we roast diced potatoes in the pan with a little coconut oil and season them with turmeric, curry powder & salt.
