A few days ago McDonald's released its new My Selection 2023 sandwiches and one of them really impressed me: speck and Asiago. Today at my house I decided to replicate it and make a sandwich with all the ingredients homemade! With a little time you will be able to make a sandwich even better than McDonald's itself! Enjoy your meal everyone! ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ???? Ingredients for the homemade sandwich: 180 ml of water 30 g of butter 1 egg 30 g of sugar 10 g of salt 300 g of 00 Caputo blue flour 150 g of Manitoba flour 12 g of fresh yeast 4 hours of leavening, shape the loaves and another hour of leavening in the oven turned off with the light on. Stuff the sandwich with sesame and an egg yolk. ????
