How to make beer with barley malt: In this video, we made a beer that has six and a half percent alcohol, using the barley malt we made earlier (in the previous video). Ingredients for making ten liters of beer: Two kilos of barley malt Twelve liters of water Sugar for each liter, forty-five grams (honey, date syrup, grapes, fruit sugar, etc.) Hop leaves, twenty grams of brewer's yeast or five grams of bread yeast Recipe: First, to make two kilos of beer, we bring eight liters of water to a temperature of seventy-five degrees and add the malt to it and let it cook at this temperature for an hour and a half, stirring every half hour. Then we pass the malt through a strainer and let the remaining four liters of water reach a temperature of seventy-five degrees, or we can directly put it back in and cook with the malt that was left in the strainer for a few minutes or pour it like rain and just wash it off. The choice is yours. And after cooling the whole beer and bringing it to a temperature of thirty degrees, we transfer it to the keg. This beer has four percent alcohol, so if you are looking for more alcohol, you can add sweetener to it. I added sugar, and the alcohol percentage reached six and a half. And finally, we add the yeast and wait about ten to fifteen days.... (Continued in the next video)
