The customer continued to pay a fine for excess reactive power. That's why he hired us to carry out a technical visit and provide a solution. So we went to the location and installed an energy analyzer so that it could collect data over a one-week cycle. After that, we returned to the location and uninstalled the analyzer and then issued a report to present to the customer. As we expected, the power factor measured by the analyzer was much lower and consequently more capacitors were needed to satisfactorily correct the power factor. The RE70X0 is a meter that records electrical quantities. It measures and records voltage, current, power, harmonic distortion of voltage and current, voltage unbalance, voltage fluctuation, short-term voltage variations and frequency. The RE70X0 was designed to meet specific analysis applications of the most varied systems, where practicality and speed of equipment installation are essential to ensure reliable results, thus guaranteeing the continuity of a given operation. Since it is a modular equipment, the user can choose the analyzer structure that best meets their needs, generating a high relationship between costs and benefits acquired. In addition to the quality modules, the user is also provided with connectivity options that can meet any situation, making it easier to download data from the equipment to the computer, which has the measurement analysis software. The connectivity options are:  WIFI communication;  3G communication. The RE7000 is available in three models, namely:  It has inputs for voltage in three phases and neutral, with measurement of up to 500VAC, between phase and neutral. And for current, in the RE7080 and RE7000 models, through flexible sensors with measurement up to 3000A, and for the RE7040 model measurement up to 10A, with parameterization of the CT ratio.  The RE7080 is powered through any measurement input, between phase and neutral, or through the auxiliary input. To use measurement higher than 300Vac between FN (only with the selector switch in the auxiliary position).  In the RE7000, the power supply is through the voltage measurement input of phase A and neutral, or through the auxiliary input, with a selector switch.  And the power supply of the RE7040 is only through the three-phase auxiliary input, that is, independent of the measurement input.  The RE70X0 fully meets the standards requested by ANEEL resolution no. 395/2009 - PRODIST: Module 8 - Quality of Electrical Energy, and its amendments.  The RE70X0 allows a record to be started and stopped manually or by schedule.
