Develop the chess movement nationwide. Move towards the goal of socializing sports nationwide. Strengthen communication between Thang Long Ky Dao forum and clubs nationwide. II. Participants: Players invited directly by the Organizing Committee. III. Competition format and rules: Compete directly at TLKD Studio (No. 15 O Dong Lam Street - Ba Mau Lake, next to Loc Vung 2 Beer Shop - Le Duan - Hanoi) Compete in a knockout format (Double Defeat) - 1 player is only eliminated when losing 2 matches. Compete according to the diagram drawn, arranged and announced in advance by the Organizing Committee. Competing according to the current Vietnamese chess rules, the players compete in rapid chess for 20 minutes + 10 seconds per move. In touch 2, if there is a draw, the game is lightning 5 minutes + 5 seconds, if there is a draw, the game is lightning life and death first with 6 minutes + 3 seconds, the handicap is 4 minutes + 3 seconds (the player who picks the red piece chooses the color of the piece). The final round has a total of 16 players, specifically as follows: Round 1: 16 players draw lots to pair up, compete in a knockout match, 8 winning players go to group A (winning bracket), 8 losing players go to group B (losing bracket). Round 2 to the final match: The losing players in group A go to group B, the losing players in group B are eliminated. The final match takes place between the last winning player in group A and the last winning player in group B. The player at the top of group A wins, the champion, the player in group B wins, the 2 players continue to compete in an additional final match the next day. In the final round, if the result is a draw of 2, there will be a lightning strike (the player who picks the red piece will choose the color of the piece). IV. Organizing committee members, time and place of competition: 1- In charge of organizing, refereeing and commentating: Mr. Pham Thanh Trung and the Thang Long Ky Dao team. 2- Competition time: Opening schedule will be announced soon. 3- Competition location: TLKD Studio (No. 15 O Dong Lam Street - Ba Mau Lakeside, next to Loc Vung 2 Beer Shop - Le Duan - Hanoi). 4- In case a player takes a break in the middle of the tournament, the Organizing Committee has the right to invite another player to replace him (this player may have been eliminated in the tournament or be designated by the Organizing Committee). 5- Time: Competition will take place at 7:30 p.m. every day. V. Rewards: Champion: 20,000,000 VND, runner-up 8,000,000, quarter-finalist 4,000,000, 4th-5th place 1,000,000 VND, 6th-8th place each 500,000 VND. The Organizing Committee has the right to decide important issues regarding prize value and competition format, team leaders and athletes only have the right to complain about professional issues. Players with high achievements are invited to participate in Ky Vuong Dat Viet (expected). VI. Cost: Players do not pay any fee. VII. Media: Thang Long Ky Dao's media system. VIII.
