#nutritiousricecake #ricecake #rice cake -Ingredients 670g glutinous rice flour (1.4kg glutinous rice + 600g sticky rice + a little salt, ground in a mill) 100g soybeans (soak dried soybeans for 10 hours), 100g peanuts (boiled for 1 minute), 100g black beans [tiger beans] (soak for 10 hours), 11 raw chestnuts, 100g dried persimmon (soaked), 50g raisins, 3 spoons sugar, 2 pinches salt, 200ml water, 4 spoons water -Recipe 1. Cut the chestnuts into quarters. 2. Boil soybeans, black beans, 200ml water, 3 spoons sugar, 2 pinches salt. 3. Turn off the heat when the beans are dry. Drain the beans. 4. Mix 4 spoons of water into 670g of glutinous rice flour and sift once. 5. Add all of the prepared chestnuts, dried persimmons, and beans to the glutinous rice flour and mix. 6. Place a cotton cloth in a steamer and place the reserved chestnuts, dried persimmons, and beans. Top with the mixed glutinous rice flour. 8. Steam for 40-50 minutes. (Mix once in between.)
