#russiangirls #russiangirlspeaksspanish I've been wanting to make a long video about how and why I learned Spanish for a long time, and voila! Today I'm going to tell you the whole story of how I learned Spanish, how I studied it in Russia and how I was able to pass the interviews in Spanish to be able to do an internship in Santiago de Chile! When I was leaving for Chile in 2016, I already had a good level of Spanish – a C1 for sure. Then in Chile I was able to practice a lot, back then I had a neutral accent because I had watched Latin American series and used authentic vocabulary from there. After Chile, I changed my accent and started communicating more with people from Spain, and they asked me to speak correctly – with Spanish C's and Z's, with correct grammatical forms. But at the end of the day, I don't like the Spanish accent. I speak my way and I prefer the way people from Ecuador, Colombia, Mexico speak. _____________ ▶ What would you call my accent? Do I really sound a bit like a Chilean or not? What accent do you prefer? ❤ LIKE my video and follow my channel! I'm Katya 2RU, I've loved Spanish since I was little, and I eventually learned it at university and went to Chile to study and work. I live in Russia now, but Latin America is still in my heart, I have many Latin American friends here and I decided to communicate my ideas through this channel! PS LIKE! Follow!
