Paracatu Rural visited producer Samuel Antonio da Silva, on the Nova Aliança property, in the Santa Bárbara region, Escurinho basin. According to him, he produces different varieties of passion fruit, which is what experts recommend. He also explained the fertilization and corrections he makes during the cultivation. EMATER MG extension agent Carlos Henrique da Silva has been assisting the producer and talked about some of the techniques used, such as the use of cow urine, which must be cured before being applied to the passion fruit plant.
