Hot on Cuchillo's trail are French mercenaries in the service of President Diaz, Reza and his bandits, an American gunman, and Cuchillo's fiancée Dolores... who just wants Cuchillo to stop running and marry her. Deceit and betrayal dominate the race on all sides to discover the hidden gold. Reviews: In this spaghetti western comedy, genre favorite Tomas Milian plays Cuchillo, a character he created in director Sergio Sollima's previous film, The Big Gundown. The story is a love letter to the Mexican Revolution. Cuchillo, a do-nothing opportunist, learns of the location of a fortune in revolutionary gold, and everyone else in the film is out to get the secret out of him. Bring on the chase. The premise may not be groundbreaking, but the film benefits immensely from a great cast, including Milian as the comic lead, Donald O'Brien as the stoic honest man, and the incomparable Chelo Alonso as the sexy Latina. Run, Man, Run is like a compilation of the funniest moments from The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. Only at the end does the film turn serious: a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. Despite the general humor, the cinematography is as impressive as most of the work of the better-known Sergios (Leone and Corbucci). For lovers of spaghetti westerns, this is a treat to watch. written by “Karl Janssen” on IMDb.com Also known as (AKA): (original title) Corri uomo corri Albania Vrapo or mik, vrapo Brazil Corre Homem, Corre Bulgaria Бягай, човече, бягай(Bulgarian) Canada Run, Man, Run (English) Denmark Flygt mand - flygt Finland Ratsasta Nap, ratsasta(Video title) Finland Ratsasta henkesi edestä France Run, man, run (Video box title) France Saludos, hombre Greece Prohora, katharma, prohora (Transliterated title) Hungary Fuss, ember, fuss!
