Saute garlic until fragrant and yellowish 2. Add water and let it boil 3. Add all remaining ingredients 1, reduce heat, and cover for 3-4 minutes 4. Remove spring onions, onions, and carrot skin 5. Add corn, mushroom broth, pepper powder, sugar, curly meat (if you like) cook over low heat until corn is cooked 6. Add tapioca solution, stir until thick and shiny 7. Increase heat, add beaten egg while stirring until hairy, reduce heat 8. Add sesame oil, stir briefly, and turn off heat 9.
