Want to know how to get the right consistency for homemade royal icing, color it, and learn how to decorate cookies? Then watch this video with my friend Anelise Collor giving us this great lesson! HOMEMADE ROYAL ICING RECIPE: 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff 450g of confectioner's sugar 1 tablespoon of lemon juice BUTTER COOKIE RECIPE -150g of butter -500g of flour -3 eggs -1/2 tablespoon of vanilla essence -250g of sugar -1/2 teaspoon of yeast Preparation: Mix all the ingredients for the dough and place on a floured surface and mix gently until it comes away from your hands. Place the dough in a plastic bag and refrigerate for two hours. Roll out the dough on a floured surface with the help of a rolling pin to a thickness of half a centimeter and cut out the cookies. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cookies. Refrigerate the pan for 15 minutes before baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for ten minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool on a rack. Check out Anelise's media: /anecollor / anelise.collor Did you like the video?
